I am a graduate in Civil Engineering with nearly 7 years of experience in planning and implementing technical solutions for the design, planning and construction of highways, tunnels and bridges.Apart from this I am also doing some new research like doing research on faithfulness spells I love to research.A Civil engineering Developing project baseline; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance. Civil engineers have to plan out the whole construction process beforehand. This has to be a systematic process to facilitate the smooth flow of work. Every step has to be meticulously planned.
