Result

A Perfect print and bearings just fitted and smooth turning motion. BUT does nothing in the wind right next to my Archimedes wind turbine (which is turning flat-out ) If I help it spin it will spin as long as it woulds inside the house. I just don't understand it.

It is super free to turn but no turning in the wind ?
