Here is something i designed that is based on dnewman/jetguy triple leadscrew builds,sourcing parts was a little more expensive than planned but everything cost about ~1800 eu not including shipping but i'm sure you can get away with less.
-2040 aluminum extrusion frame (ratrig.com)
60mm high torque nema 17 Zaxis motor(robotdigg).
-Running Sailfish on a Mightyboard with modified pololu a4988 drivers for motors
-17teeth pulleys for XY and 36t pulleys for Z screws.
-MGN 12 rails SS for Gantry and Z axis (Robotdigg)
-Laser cut 4-5 mm alu parts
-Carl Raffle Tecto hot end
-Microswiss stainless steel nozzle.
Materials and methods
Laser cut parts from 4-5 mm aluminium, print the x carriage part, endstop mounts, electronics housing etc. still not included as this is a WIP. Included files are SW 2016, will upload .stp or .iges variants and build instructions ASAP
