30 mm E3D-v6 Shroud for PLA

When printing the official E3D-v6 fan shroud in PLA, I was unable to mount it without snapping. So, I designed this model with larger tolerances and without the curve which clips the shroud to the heatsink. This means that it is necessary to use a zip tie to mount the shroud.

i just used colorfabb _XT since it 1)can bend around the heatsink 2)can be printed at fairly high speeds without a fan on the heatsink (at 270*C printing at ~eighty something mm/s) 3)it was just what i had handy at the time
