i modified it for the arduino uno by watterott (wattuino): https://www.youmagine.com/designs/wattuino-arduino-uno-by-watterott-case-enclosure
i realized that there is a little failure in your design:
the holes in the cover-part are 3mm in diameter, they should be 2.5mm - otherwise it isn't possible to fasten the screws!
another detail I changed is to match the base to M3x10mm screws since M3x8mm are fairly hard to get in the hardware stores.
