Bigger motor knob

One of the knob broke, and I wanted a bigger knob for easy turning. Update: V2 added. - Reduced hole size to keep knob align with spindle - Add chamfer to make it finger friendly.

Description

Print it and use a mallet to tap it lightly onto the spindle. No filing needed. Don't hammer too hard, you may destroy the makibox.
