Description

This openscad code and models solves the Challenge: "Storytime" Make a specialized bookmark for a special person or a special book.
With the following parameters:
"Tween" and "Evening" and "The Netherlands".

What little I know about the Netherlands and tween activities in the evening make me imagine ice skating on the frozen canals as the sun goes down. I have heard that this is a popular past time when the weather cooperates.

I have uploaded 3 STL files. See below for two color printing details. You can also just print the lines for a nice thin bookmark.

You can use the openScad code I have uploaded to modify the size and thickness of the bookmark, AND create the separate STL files to be used for two color printing.

Materials and methods

3D printer

DETAILS for two color printing
OPTION #1-single extruder printer - The STL "full" file can be used to print two colors. Set the 1st layer to 0.3mm then pause the print after the 1st layer is done, change colors and continue the print.

OPTION #2 -dual extruder printer - The STL "back" and "lines" files can be used with CURA 2+ two print two colors by assigning a different color to each STL.
