Description
Here is a quick release clamp and plate for DSLRs and other cameras. Made this because I needed a larger number of these that are compatible with other release plates. Bigger than these usually are (88x70x25mm) for stability. I printed this in Carbonfiber PETG at 0.150 mm resolution 5 perimeters top and bottom layers with 50% infill. Near indestructible. The 3/8-16, 1/4-20 and M6 threads may need to be cut again depending on how you print this. You also need two 25-30mm long springs from regular pens, an M6 50mm screw and M6 washer and nut that should snap into the knob. For the bracket you need a 1/4-20 camera equipment screw. Screw in the M6 screw tightly, it should not move when turning the knob. You may have to lubricate the nut. Make sure the knob fits into the back part I widened the opening for it a little more.
L-bracket www.thingiverse.com/thing:2439918 will also fit.
