Description
actually don't recommend these, this cheap cnc machine is a bullshit that i will take it apart for building something else. tried a while find out the manufactured size, but i put most of the hole sizes in a much smaller tolerances, which makes it still works, but need to adjust a bunch to make it work. but anyway, maybe somebody will need these thro.
p.s. the case shape i strength it way too much that two of the step motor mounting screws are pain in the ass to put it in, but still able to do so.
Materials and methods
used nylon on these, did not care about thermal expansion cause it's big piece so deburrs don't effect much.
pla might cause trouble cause it will be tighter than nylon.
try on 45 degrees, first it might be able to fit on the printer bed area, second don't trust the printer's build in angle, it's probably not a perfect 90 degrees, and will make the final piece tilt and causing trouble on milling stuff.
