Description
I really like this z axis indicator http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:920819
I want to make similar one that can hold dial gauge instead of digital gauge.
Since thoxbui posted only stl file, I had to design my own in openscad.
X-rods spacing is 45 mm. Rods are of 8 mm diameter.
You can utilise my scad file and put any probe mount on it.

Comments
Glad to be of help. Enjoy!
Thank you for sharing this with the SCAD - with a small tweak to the hole placement and position, it worked great for my dial indicator.
- Printed on:
- Prusa i3
- Result:
- Good print, lifted on one corner (fortunately the least important one)
- Feedback:
- Thanks for providing this design with the SCAD file - with a minor modification, I was able to make this fit my dial indicator. Clip works beautifully and the friction fit on the shaft with that notch works great.
