Miguel Zavala commented agoWeird. I'd check out another printer. I have a standard commercial printer and these print just fine.

It seem that the printer I chose on 3Dhubs is stating that at the current scale the .stl files are "barely" printable, although they said the "BIG" files are very much printable. I am very new to 3D printing so I feel I should ask the source of these files (you) if this makes any sense and if simply choosing another (better?) printer would make these unforeseen problems go away.

Miguel Zavala commented agoHello. I made the hands bigger and made the spear file bigger. Its in the list titled "Tridrone arm BIG" and "Tridrone Spear BIG". The spear prints fine as is, so they must have lower quality printers I guess. Good luck with these :-)
Iramis Valentin commented agoThank you so much for that! Also, it seems that the tridrone's spear is a bit small for printing (at least I haven't found a printer who doesn't complain about it) is there anyway to scale it up without having it look extremely poor?
