Description

The owls are specifiacally designed to be 3d printed, no support is needed and they scale up and down very well. my prints ranged from 20mm-120mm without any problems.

Modeled in Silo2. Printed with 0.3mm layer height on my solidoodle 2. And treated with an acetone vapor bath and matte spray for surface finish.

They make a good gift for girlfriends, mothers and owl lovers alike ;-)

Printed on:: Sunhokey Prusa i3
Result:: Printed with MG Chemicals White PLA, 0.1mm layer height, 20% rectilinear infill, no support, sliced with Slic3r. Looks pretty good straight out of the printer. Should have tried with no infill.
