I accidentally published the same file twice. The second file, named "Middle" is the top portion of the Dalek. Sorry!

It has a ratchet action so if you have olive oil on your hands you can still move the lever back and forth to grind pepper.
Pros: Immediately begins to grind pepper with the slightest movement.
Cons: Immediately begins to grind pepper with the slightest movement.
Or, to put it another way, it leaks pepper out the bottom.
You could put it on a plate, but hey, why not get creative!
Imagine the fun you can have when someone says "Pass the pepper please." You swing into action and scoot the mill toward them while saying (in the appropriate accent) "Granulate!. Granulate!"

Materials and methods
Used Google Sketchup to put a hole in Stryker123's file for the base and middle. Printed with Inland Rainbow PLA.
There are two files, the base and the upper part. Just glue them together.
