Description
This door keeps the heat in for better quality prints
Add 300x300x4mm plexiglass sheet
Mount using 3 mm bolts
Drill a 10-12 mm hole for the hook
You can use the screws in place, you'll have to replace them with slightly longer 3mm versions though.

Materials and methods
- 3 x 20mm long 3mm bolts to replace the originals on the case
- 3 x 20 mm long 3 mm bolts for the hinges
- 5mm spring (about 30mm long in extended form)
- 9 3mm bolts + nuts for fastening
30x30 cm acrylic or plexiglass sheet for the door.

When I made this door for myself, I drafted the panel in solidworks with all of the holes for assembly already in place. I have uploaded the acrylic panel's design files here: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/laser-cut-door-panel-for-arjen-s-hinges-and-latch
