This is a dual head version of the annular fan duct designed by Maurits (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:17768)
My first attempt, I think the second head might be a little bit off-center but I think it still works.
Version two provides additional clearance from the heater block and additional support for the fixing to the PEEK.
