Simple to print and replace.  My vacuum sole plate wheels have gotten stuck over the years, and with hardwood and ceramic floors the wheels ground little flats.  This started to scratch the floors, so they had to go.

Print 2 of these off, pry out the old ones and install these.  They may need a little reaming with a 4.5mm drill bit if the fit is too snug on the rod.
