Écrou pour vis tôle ou bois

Écrou en longueur initialement réalisé pour fixer des cartes électroniques ou autres composants sur une plaque à percer, ici un LM317.

L'ensemble se compose de l'écrou et d'une barrette sécable de rondelles, à séparer avec un cutter ou par pliage (rondelles avec chanfrein côté vis, et biseau côté carte électronique pour faire entretoise)
L'exemple est orienté pour de vis tôle ou bois, de 2,5 à 3 mm de diamètre (l'écrou a une longueur de 12 mm)

Possibilité de changer les cotes, le fichier Freecad est à disposition, il peut être plus simple de changer simplement l'échelle d’impression (ce que j'ai fais pour fixer le couvercle).
Il est préférable d'effectuer un vissage à vide pour "tarauder" l’écrou avant montage.

Nut for sheet metal or wood screws

Long nut initially realized to fix electronic boards or other components on a plate to be drilled, here an LM317.

The assembly consists of the nut and a breakable strip of washers, to be separated with a cutter or by folding (washers with chamfer on the screw side, and bevel on the electronic card side to make spacer)
The example is oriented for sheet metal or wood screws, 2.5 to 3 mm in diameter (the nut has a length of 12 mm)

Possibility to change the dimensions, the Freecad file is available, it may be simpler to simply change the scale of printing (what I did to fix the cover).
It is preferable to perform an unloading screwing to "thread" the nut before mounting.
