Description
Prevent in-car suffocation, burning, drowning or other preventable death with an escape tool you can make yourself.
So, a while back Statgear had a campaign for a car escape/rescue tool with a seatbelt knife and window spike integrated in one tool, with a little pouch that strapped around your sun visor. I contributed and I got 2 units. One for the car and one for EDC. Well, eventually we had to replace the car. We got everything of value out, except that. We kept the stupid f@c#ing floormats that don't even fit the new car, but we forgot the escape tool.
Anyway, I got to thinking about that, and I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep thinking about that. So I designed a 3D printable version.

Materials and methods
Print out the 2 outer shells, buy some carpet cutter blades, 2 Chicago style screws to fit, and a small piece of hard steel rod. Steel rod should be ground to a 35 degree, blunted point. You may need to anneal or case harden the steel before installing it.
