Extrusion rate calibration steps

Print at: 95% infill with 3 or 4 top layers. You should observe small gaps while infill is printing and no gaps when top layers print. Added mini version for getting the rough dial-in without printing such a large model.

Materials and methods

- 95% infill

- Decrease extrusion rate if you cannot see gaps during infill
- Increase extrusion rate if you see gaps in top layer
