Update: 3D printing nerd made a video with someone else’s design that might work for people with sla printers:

Bend with hairdryer & wine bottle in both X & Y axis. Two versions (small, large) are available.

This design has not yet been approved by medical facilities. Use at your own discretion.

0.2 - Tweaked elastic band loops
0.3 - Optimized for 1/4’’ elastic bands
0.4 - Added additional strap holes to strap length adjustment, improved shape outline

Materials and methods

- 0.3mm layer height
- 100% infill

It might be possible to use PLA or TPU and fuse cotton onto this frame with by ironing it on the side of the fabric. It wouldn't work with a cloth iron, but putting it in between ceramic tiles from the oven or metal plates (aluminium is great) should work to fuse the two. Then you can thermoform the mask as well.
