3D print in PLA, or other strong material, most parts should be 100% infill, some parts can be with 2mm outer layer + 20 % infill.

Where can we get a BOM and the electronics design files? This is cool but shipping heavy stuff from Europe to NA is expensive. And in the spirit of hacking/distributed local manufacturing I like sourcing my own parts and making do with stuff I can get locally.
