Filament guide for roberts feeder. Forgot that I use a knife to trim the end to avoid the grub screw on the feeder drive. I have added a fillet to avoid this issue

Description

I made this to stop the filament slipping off the bearing. Prior to this I couldn't print in nylon which is more flexible than pla. So far it has worked for me.  If needs be  I can tidy it up a bit, but it has improved the reliability of my printing and doesn't detract from the convenience of the Roberts feeder

Materials and methods

You will need some drill bits to tidy up the holes and to get them the right size

Managed to print with Ninjaflex for the first time with this mod. Still needed some lube on the filament. I used a bit of cycle lube "Muc off C3".
