Dual color printing test

Description

Finally got my UM2 upgraded to dual extruder printer.
This print is showing it's first 1000 switches and the nozzle offset.
The dual color tower print is a nice way for check layer shifting and nozzle offsets.
The solution is working very well.

Materials and methods

2x PLA.
Slicer: cura 15.04.
Layer height: 0.1 mm.
First 4 cm: both temperatures 210 dC.
Other 6 cm: 195 dC. -> Less oozing from nozzles -> Cleaner end results! :)

Hi Chris,

Tnxs.

Well, I'm sharing it already with the www... ;)

I did update the hardware side, but I was not planning to write an extensive manual about all other stuff.

Greetz,

Koos.

Hi Koos,

great work!

Just want to ask if you plan to share your switching mechanism design with the community too?
