Description
This is part of my solution finding for primarily PVA moisture problem.
The idea is to avoid the oven or the printer it self.
this idea allows you to have it sitting next to your printer or just in the same room.
I bought the Food Dehydrator from EBAY for about £23,-
this one is made up from trays so take 2 to one side and the rest cut out the mesh base so it becomes a ring.
If you are using a dremel then you can cut straight around the edges but if you use cutters then start more in the middle, the plastic snaps badly and can crack the part you want to keep.
where you decide to add the PTFE tube holder block you'll need to cut out an elongated hole.
I added a pneumatic connector to attach the PTFE tube to the block.
Materials and methods
500mm PTFE tube
1x pneumatice coupler
1x food dehydrator
4x 3M X 10mm self tapping screws
filament: ASA, PLA, ABS (not temperature issues or strength requirements)
