Description
Adjustable fork alignment tool designed for motocross bikes to align the forks when re-installing them or the front axle. I printed this x2 as you can see in the pictures and splurged another $0.91 on qty.2, 1/4'-20 X 1" machine screws and qty.2 1/4'-20 wing nuts to make this. It fits 65cc-500cc mx or enduro bikes and even gets wide enough that it may be used for wider applications.
Materials and methods
I printed this out of PLA with a small layer height (0.2mm) and 25% infill as it doesn't need to be strong. Also for the slot I used support with 5% density set to everywhere on my Delta printer which filled the slot and hole.
