Frankenstein hotend mount for makibox

Update: added gauge for cutting PTFE tube for the heat break, and (un-tested) nozzle fan hinge v2.
This mount is designed to be sliced by Cura. All holes are enlarged such that the printed hole (which is smaller compared the Slic3r) fit the screws. If slice with Slic3r, the hole may be too large causing broken slot wall. Making smooth fitting difficult.

As I am unable to minimize the play in a makibox of later batch, I'm not sure the finetuning post is still meaningful.
It may just be easier to print a mount with 4.2mm slots, say start with 23.85mm pitch. If it is not smooth enough, then try a different pitch. STL for 4 different pitch top & bottom mount is included.
