Zusammenbau
Zuerst sollte der Filz in Form gebracht werden. Dazu einfach 15 min in warmen Wasser einweichen und anschließend ausdrücken, danach in die Schale legen. Der Filz kann auch mit etwas Kraft auseinander gezogen werden, so das keine falten entstehen. Dann in der Form trocknen lassen (ca. 24h).
Wenn der Filz trocken ist, kann er fest gelebt werden und anschließend der überstehende Filz abgeschnitten werden. Am besten in mehreren schritten immer mehr nach unten schneiden.
Nun kann das Scharnier angeschraubt werden, sollten Material Stücke im Scharnier sein oder der Druck nicht sauber sein können, die Löcher mit einem 3,2 mm Bohrer (als Kernlochbohrer für M4 in jeden normalen HSS – Bohrersatz enthalten) nachgebohrt werden.
