Description
All of the parts have been designed to be very much in the spirit of the original watch band. The Design is not identical but it has been designed such that parts are fully interchangeable between the 3D printable models and the real watch band so you only have to print the parts you want.
When using the 3D printed clasp a piece of 1.75mm filament is used as the pivot rod. Simply slide it in and then melt the ends to the clasp with your hot end nozzle.
Materials and methods
The flexible portions of the watch band are all printed in ninjaflex but other flexibles would likely work well too.
The clasp was printed in PETG but again other materials will likely work well too.
I would try to avoid PLA for the pivot rod as it might become brittle and crack but it will probably still work mostly well.
Print Settings:
Layer Height - 0.2mm
Infill - 20%
Walls - 1.2mm
Top/bottom layers - 0.8mm
