Description

I needed a tool that helps me glueing Igus ball joints to the carbon fiber arms of my delta printer designs. So I designed a 3d printable part that fits on a cheap 20x20mm aluminium profile. The supported arm length can be easily adapted by moving the 2 arm holders on the profile.

Materials and methods

12x M3 brass inserts
6x M4x12 screw
6x M4 DIN 125 washer
20x20 aluminium profile (length depends on the desired arm length)
6x T4 nuts for aluminium profile
