@John OKeefe - I believe that the US equivalent of an M3 is a #4. It could be worth trying a 4 x 1/2 if you have one at hand before spending too much time hunting down an elusive M3.

- Printed on:
- Printrbot - Assembled Printrbot PLUS
- Result:
- I used Cura 15.04.2 and PET .175 filament. I set my print speed at 35 m/s extruder speed at 265 degrees C and the print bed at 70 degrees C. I had blue printer tape on the printer bed and opened both the top and bottom modules so that would print at the same time. The total print time was 1 hour 50 minutes. This was my first use of PET filament in my PrintrBot Plus printer and I found it was necessary to run the print temperature higher than what I am use to with PLA. I have verified that my GoPro accessory will work with the final product. Now I just need to get 4 M3 nuts and M3 bolts (bit of oddities here in the USA) to assemble the assembly.
I printed this yesterday in red PLA: https://youtu.be/n8Pgod_S4vg (print took about 8 hours)
