On my Sapphire Plus the GT2 Belt tensioning was a pain in the a... - so I designed this GT2 Tensioner to make it easier. This should also work on any other GT2 belt you need to tension. You need to print 1 time the "schraube-gt2" and two times the "mutter-kurz" - then insert the gt2 belt into the slot in "schraube-gt2" with a little tension and then turn the "mutter" until the belt-tension is perfect, for better stability just add the second "mutter" and tighten it so the belt does not loose tension.

Auf meinem Sapphire Plus CoreXY Drucker was das spannen der GT2 belts nicht gelöst - daher habe ich das konstruiert. Pro Belt einmal die "schraube-gt2" und zweimal die "mutter-kurz" drucken, den GT2 Belt in den Schlitz in der Schraube vorgespannt reindrücken, dann die Mutter drauftun und so lange drehen bis die Spannung passt. Zur Sicherung einfach dann die zweite Mutter draufdrehen und fest machen. Bei mir funktioniert das jetzt ein halbes Jahr schon sehr gut, vielleicht kann das ja wem helfen....
