Housing for 24Volt Power Suppy

Housing for two "HP DPS-1200FB A" power supplies. This makes a power supply that delivers up to 100A @ 24Volt for low cost. All you need is to buy two of the DPS-1200FB at ebay, some additional stuff and you are ready to go. There are some very good documentations for the wiring around, just google.

Description

Due to the overall length the main body is split into two parts that need to be glued together after printing. Take a reasonable glue, that thing is pretty heavy when you are done. I use a 2 component resign.

Materials and methods

2 x "HP DPS-1200FB A" power supplies;
2 x 220 Volt, 10 Amp (at least) switches;
1 x 3-pole inlet connector;
2 x 3-pole connector jack (goes into power supplies);
7 x 4mm round connector (use only high grade and no cheap stuff, should be rated according to the power you want to draw);
Cable for internal cabling (same here, use high quality cable rated for at least 100 Amps)
