Issue Is there assembly instructions? I am having a h... #1

Is there assembly instructions? I am having a hard time with the bearings on the smaller ring. Like do they go inside of the ring then I can't get it around the auger or etc. I am looking at the exploded view of the pic but can't figure it out. Thank you
