Improved NEMA-34 Mount to NEMA-23 Motor Adapter Plate
Adapter plate to mount a NEMA-23 motor on a NEMA-34 mount. Has a spacer to make room for the screw heads that hold the NEMA-23 motor. Also has holes in sides to access set screws on shaft couplers, etc.

Description
Adapter plate that lets you mount a NEMA-23 motor in a NEMA-34 size mount. Has built in spacer to provide clearance for the screws that attach the motor to the adapter plate and holes to access shaft coupler or pulley set screws.
Print with ABS, 0.2mm layers, 30-50% infill, 2 or 3 top and bottom layers, 2 or 3 perimeters, no support, no raft.
Materials and methods
- your favorite ABS
- NEMA-23 motor
- NEMA-34 motor mount
- 4X 5mm screws washers, nuts to mount the NEMA-23 motor
- 4X 6.5mm screws, washers, nuts to screw the motor and adapter to the NEMA-34 mount
