Description
This is my project of protective pads.
Keep in mind: As this print needs support to print, use biodegradable or recyclable materials for pillars. Take care about the planet.
I used 10mm cushioning + 10x5 cushion pads for elbows and 20mm cushioning + 12x6 cushion pads for knees. Screwed tight with toothed washers. I used hot wire and templates to cut cushioning in propper shape, than glued it directly to plastics.
Materials and methods

> Soft Cordura fabric
> Rip resistant 8-10mm thick polyethylene foam
> 10mm and 20mm thick polyurethane foam for cushioning
> 16 6-10mm M5 flat lens allen key screw
> 16 toothed M5 washers
> 16 M5 locking nuts
> Elastic tape
> Velcro tape
