Description
So I have a breaker from Aldi however the handle used to tighten the grip was too large to fit into the case when attached. So I made a version that was shorter but still nice and chunky to give a good grip.
Designed in OnShape with some parameters to control it's appearance.
v1 = very flat handle shown in photo
v2 = chunky handle (13.1mm nut flats distance)
v3 = chunky central handle (13.2mm nut flats distance)
Materials and methods
Just go ahead and print, I uses 0.2mm layers with a 40% infill to make it as robust as I could.
After printing you'll need to drill the through hole as the nut trap is printed upside down. I closed the hole which allows the bridge to print the bottom of the nut trap neatly
