    Description

    I developed this lock and key board as a Poka Yoke solution to one of our production processes. The holders slide into each other to make an array of lock holders. Each lock holder has a slot to place the key in, and an eyelet to attache a steal cable so keys cannot get lost.

    Materials and methods

    The lock holders and key-sleeves are printable, but for the final solution I designed an inox rack and installed a 2m steel cable (rear-brake cable for a bike).
