Description
This is a simple wrapper around MCAD/gears.scad to generate gears for my little lathe. I was overextruding a bit, so I had to clean up the bore with a drill, and the keyway with a file.
Print instructions
I printed mine in Colorfabb XT, but a previous test gear printed in PLA worked just fine; settings for XT: wall thickness 2mm, infill 60%, 250 degrees, 50 mm/s.
Materials and methods

- 12mm reamer and / or 12mm drill to adjust the hole size
- file to adjust the keyway
