Description
I used the svg file to lasercut acrilyc sheet, the foam and the little plates for the wooden tool.
you'll need to glue the small wooden plates together. You can use it as a
jig to get a nice precise bend. In the picture with the green bracket
you can see how i held it in the vice. with a heatgun you can heat the 2
sides of the loop until the rest of the bracket starts dropping to
horizontal.
Once the loops are bend you can bend the little fingers. I Used a clamp
to keep the long wooden plates in place on the bracket while I bend the 2
fingers around the edges.
I used a grinder to cut a steel plate and a tube to the right size. the tube and plate were welded together and painted.
i glued the foam to the bracket and then used rivets to attach the acrylic to the steel.
