Nut calumet - helps bolting rod end caps v2

Nut holder for hard to reach places. Slight improvement of original Nut calumet. You can remove the left and/or right side of holder to get into tighter spaces. Also The nut hole is removed from hole part needed when you make the head really shallow.

These are really useful! Thanks. Perhaps it's also possible to upload the standard stl file for the M3 nut version? It's the most commonly used one, and will be useful for lots of people building Ultimakers.
