Laser cut at your desired thickness and material.
Todo: Adjust the nose clip size; ~4.25mm seems good for the gap but the overall size of the clip seems a bit small (rides towards the front of the nose instead of at the back.)
Looking at photos more, Archie's version seems to be about 5-6" wide instead of 4.5.
