Description
This is a re-design of the https://www.youmagine.com/designs/affordable-rock-tumbler in OpenSCAD.
The original design is nice, but as source files are not available, so you can't customize it to your needs...
You want it smaller, bigger, taller, other bearings, other motor, ... no problem: just edit the main 'RockTumbler.scad' script file and customize the tumbler!
The STL files are the ones I used for my tumbler (with the parameters from the 'RockTumbler.scad' script), ideally you want to review these parameters and generate your own STL files from OpenSCAD.
The pulleys rubber band and the tumbler insert are printed in flexible material (NinjaFlex)
To generate the STL files for the different parts of the tumbler, change the 'rt_render' variable in the main 'RockTumbler.scad' file. By default (rt_render = 0) OpenSCAD will show a full assembly.
You need to save all 6 '.scad' script files in the same directory, no additional OpenSCAD library is needed.
Script should run on OpenSCAD 15.03 or newer.
