I did not manage to get Cura to Z-hop on the travel on this first layer...

Use the line width to set the distance between the lines, In the sample I used 0.7

To get the printer to "print" without extruding I used a quick and dirty
trick by setting the bed to 25c and the extruders to 40c. The firmware has a
protection not to extrude at these low temps.
