Description
The 3d Model is designed to minimize the gram-age of the body for a low cost solution also maintaining the strength.
Materials and methods
I have used White PLA filament for the Box and Yellow PLA filament for the Lid.
With 0.4 mm Nozzle.
at 0.2mm layer height.
I have changed the Shell settings to minimize the gram-age, you can find that in the attached image.
Wall thickness= 0.4 mm
Wall line Count= 1
Top/bottom thinkness= 0.8
Top thickness= 0.4
top layer= 2
Bottom thickness= 0.4
bottom layer= 2
The image is a blurry don't know why so I have updated the info here.
Infill Pattern= Cubic(you can choose what ever you want as after as it give strength to the part it is ok)
Infill density= 30% mine ( again its up to you 80 will yield a higher strength result but I have been using that power bank for quiet some time and don't feel that it is sometime fragile)
