Issue European 4-hole punch #3

A version for European 4 hole punch would be great - 4 holes at 80mm spacing, 6mm diameter. Nice work!

Yeah not that common, but easy to get. Amazon is still shipping them in Germany, 2-3 day delivery. Thanks!
