Description

3rd graders study westward expansion, including life on the Oregon Trail. The enact a simulation in which a "family group" of students travel the Oregon Trail. The built their wagons using craft materials, then 3D designed and printed provisions for their families.

Materials and methods

We used Tinkercad for design, and found pictures online of original Oregon Trail provisions to base designs off of.
