Description
After a few years, the original push button from my toothbrush Oral B Pulsonic became sticky and dissolved! So I designed this spare part.
To replace the old one, you need to carefully pry out the silver plastic part and remove the broken button cover. I glued the new part with liquid rubber. Then glue the combination into the toothbrush with liquid rubber and fix it with adhesive tape until the glue is dry.
Materials and methods
The part is printed with the following settings:
- filament with NinjaFlex; 2,85 mm diameter
- nozzle with 0,4 mm diameter
- layer thickness of 0,1 mm
- 100 % filling
