Replace those little knobs that tend to back off the studs and get lost.

Description

These are the SMALL set knobs for the Lowel Omni Stand 01-33 (and apparently Uni TO Stand UN-33 and Uni-stand UN-33), to replace the knob-end of Lowel part number 7038.

If you need the stud, it's kind of an odd bird. You can cut it from 12-24 all-thread, if such can be found. My studs are barely under 7/8in long in total (and they've apparently been ground at the end).

Materials and methods

I printed with PETG, 90% infill, .16mm layer, no support. Printed on the back - it's the biggest flat face.

The threaded holes have a couple of perpendicular crossing wells inside, so if you want to affix with epoxy, there's someplace for the epoxy to make a mechanical grab in there (epoxy will only make a mechanical, not a chemical bond with PETG and with the stud). Suggest you affix these with an adhesive - they tend to back off if not.

Be gentle: the screw thread follows the weak axis.
