Description
This is a case for Rock Pi X (model B) with heatsink.
The idea came from: Rock Pi 4 (with heatsink) case (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3499190)
Use supports for Bottom.stl
No special settings needed for Top.stl or Button.stl
You need one M3x4 screw to fix the buttom from falling out (see images above).
Use the step files to remix it.
Have fun!
Materials and methods
**Print Settings**
Tips:
Bottom: use supports, especially on the Power Button/SD Slot.
Top: no special requirements
Button: Print it slowly, as it is very tiny.
**Post printing:**
Remove all supports from bottom piece.
Attach a M3x4 screw to bottom part after inserting the button. This prevents the buttom from falling out. Leave a little gap so that the button can slide.
**How I designed this:**
I imported the STL files from thing:3499190 and imported the 3D files for Rock Pi X and its Heatsink found here https://wiki.radxa.com/RockpiX/hardware.
I used the gerber data of top and bottom layer and imported them as sketch into Fusion 360. This step was needed, because the Outlines of the parts on the PCB weren't of big quality. I adapted the outlines of several connectors (USB, Ethernet, HDMI, Audio Jack, ...) that they matched from the bottom and top layers of the gerber files.
