The button is screw with its base making it easy to replace if needed. The screw will be pretty tight so I recommend holding the base with the pants while screwing the top piece in. That way its a lot easier.

It should hold some pressure but I wouldn't expect it to hold as much as a regular metal button :p.

The included gcode print at 0.1 layer thickness with 100% infill and 20mm print speed (23 minutes). It also include a 3rd cylinder that can be discarded after the print.
